  Getting to know you

After filling out the General Qualification Form on our website you will receive a call from a member of our team. The purpose of this first call is to get to know each other, understand your motivation for opening a YeloSpa as well as answer some of your initial questions.
Following the call, we invite you to complete a Request for Consideration form and we will send you a copy of our sales brochure.

Participate in our webinars designed to take you through the launch and growth of a YeloSpa Franchise.
Review the Franchise Disclosure Document.

 

  Discovery Day

We will invite you to New York to our flagship location to meet the YeloSpa team and the YeloSpa founder & CEO, Nicolas Ronco.
Interact with our Franchise support team and see how the business works first hand
Sign Franchise Agreement.

 

  Selecting the right location

We support you with site selection, guiding you through the YeloSpa real estate process for optimal location with the help of our real estate partners.
We will provide you with design guidance and support during the construction process.

 

  Operations

This stage will guide you through the operational components including:

 

Training for you and your team in the YeloSpa culture and protocols.
Field support – our team will guide you through the spa setup
Technology – access to hardware, software and approved industry suppliers.
Providing guidance in recruiting therapists and other staff

 

  Marketing

Our Marketing team will take you through the YeloSpa branding and marketing strategies. We will cover:

 

Brand and design guidelines
The launch of your YeloSpa and ongoing marketing initiatives
Marketing and brand strategy on a local and national level
